By purchasing, engaging, or continuing services with Clear Minded Marketing, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable policies below, along with any terms outlined in your individual proposal, agreement, invoice, or scope of work.

Refund Policy

Because Clear Minded Marketing provides professional services that require dedicated time, planning, research, setup, strategy, and creative work, payments are non-refundable once work has begun or resources have been committed to the service or project.

Deposits, setup fees, marketing services, SEO services, social media services, website services, advertising management fees, and other completed or in-progress work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

If you have a concern regarding a service or deliverable, please contact me promptly so I can review the situation with you.

Cancellation Policy

For ongoing monthly services, 30 days' written notice is required to cancel unless different cancellation terms are stated in your individual agreement or proposal.

Services already scheduled, completed, or in progress during the notice period remain billable. Payments previously made for completed work or resources already committed are non-refundable.

Website projects and other project-based services are subject to the cancellation and payment terms outlined in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Service Delivery & Fulfillment

I make every effort to complete services according to the agreed schedule. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the scope of work, client responsiveness, required approvals, third-party platforms, and the timely receipt of necessary information and materials.

SEO Services: SEO is an ongoing process. Work is performed throughout the applicable service period, with reporting or work summaries provided according to the client's service plan.

Social Media Posting: Clients are responsible for providing requested photos, videos, promotions, event information, and other time-sensitive materials with sufficient notice. Content required for a specific publication date should generally be submitted at least seven days in advance whenever possible.

Website & Custom Projects: Project timelines are based on the agreed scope of work and assume timely receipt of content, photographs, account credentials, approvals, and feedback. Client delays may extend the estimated completion date.

Google Ads & Paid Advertising: Campaign performance depends on many factors, including competition, search demand, budget, geographic targeting, website performance, and market conditions. Advertising spend paid directly to Google or another advertising platform is separate from Clear Minded Marketing management fees unless otherwise specified.

Marketing Results

Digital marketing involves factors outside the direct control of Clear Minded Marketing.

While I use professional strategies and industry best practices, I cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, revenue, advertising performance, or other business results.

Search engines, advertising platforms, algorithms, competitors, consumer behavior, and market conditions may change at any time.

Revisions & Additional Work

Services include the work and revisions described in the applicable proposal, agreement, or service plan.

Requests outside the original scope of work—including additional revisions, pages, functionality, campaigns, content, or other expanded services—may require additional fees and may affect the original timeline.

When applicable, I will communicate additional charges before completing out-of-scope work.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, necessary account access, content, photographs, approvals, feedback, and other requested materials within reasonable timelines.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials provided to Clear Minded Marketing—including photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, written content, and other assets—may legally be used for their intended purpose.

Third-Party Platforms

Some Clear Minded Marketing services rely on third-party platforms and providers, including search engines, social media platforms, website providers, domain registrars, hosting companies, payment processors, advertising platforms, and online directories.

Clear Minded Marketing is not responsible for outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, account suspensions, approval delays, platform errors, or other actions or circumstances controlled by third-party providers.

Privacy

Clear Minded Marketing respects your privacy and takes reasonable steps to protect the personal information you provide.

Information may be collected when you contact Clear Minded Marketing, submit a website form, schedule a consultation, purchase services, communicate regarding a project, or otherwise interact with the website or services.
